I setup two cellular plans and cant use them in the same time, when I turn one on, the other one turns off automatically

Hello Hany,

I am not sure exactly what you are asking but I gather that you have an iPhone XR and you have two active cellular plans on your XR. You XR has the capability of handling one Physical SIM and one eSIM simultaneously. The catch is that for both to work together, you will need to have the above mentioned formation.

You stated that once you cannot use two cellular plans at the same time. I suspect that you have two eSIM plans setup instead of one of them being on a Physical SIM. The thing is that ONLY ONE eSIM plan can be active at a time + one Physical SIM plan. If you only have multiple eSIM plans and no physical SIM then ONLY ONE eSIM plan can be active.

If this is not the case then please provide more details about your SIM configuration. Thanks.
