Music MP3 to MP4

can anyone please suggest a free app on my MacBook Air so I can transfer MP3 music to MP4 so I can download the music onto my iPhone 11Pro Max?

For future reference, if you ever need to convert a file from MP3 to AAC (MP4) or another format, you can use iTunes/Music to do it: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204310

No conversion is required. Just put the MP3s into your iTunes/Music library. MP3s will play fine in iTunes/Music and can be synced to a device.

Hi thanks for your reply.

I spoke to a very unhelpful person at Apple who advised that I need to convert all songs in MP3 format that I cannot add to my phone to MP4 using an app.

She was unable to advise what app to use so this is why I am on here asking for help.
