Can I make a Contacts group from a Mail bcc list in a sent email?

Well, you can Paste them into a Text Edit Doc, or other text app.

Then you'd have to add them one at a time using the little plus icon, then you can later highlight the ones & make a new Group...
I too was hoping for an easier solution, but I still think just keeping a text edit copy of them to copy & paste to the BCC line is simplest.

Click on the BCC line & Select All with CMD+a, then CMD+c to Copy.
