keychain secure notes
I have created Keychain Secure Notes on my iMac. Is there any way I can access them on my iPhone?
Where is your Notes, which account. See the pic below and add the same account on your iPhone. That's it.

I do not see your Keychain. The Secure Notes in Keychain is, I believe, completely different. It is encrypted and stored in iCloud to share passwords across devices. Secure Notes is a feature that allows you to similarly store other information such a the combination for a lock, or the keypad code for an automated gate, etc.
