Important Battery Message on new Xr

Hi Apple,

Why do I get this message on a 5 Months old iPhone Xr.

Of course it's never had it's battery replaced but still just after restart it gave this message. Restarting again made it go away. Battery health is working normal and is showing 100%

Repairs and Service Coverage: Active

Estimated Expiration Date: November 13, 2020

Really weird, when it happens again I will return it I think...
