iTunes wishlist not letting me delete a song

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. I understand you’re having an issue removing an item from your wish list. I’ll be happy to help.

If you’re on an iPhone, open up the iTunes Store app and tap on Music at the bottom. From there top the 3 lines at the top right of the display. This will pull up a menu and you should see your iTunes Store wish list. Swipe an item to the left and you should see the Delete option appear on the right. Tap it to delete the item from your list.

Glad to hear that worked from your iPhone.  If you’re still not able to do this from your computer, make sure iTunes is up to date:

Update to the latest version of iTunes

If it’s up to date, restart your computer and try again. If you still can’t delete an item from your wish list, let me know what kind of computer you have and the OS it’s running.
