logging into icliud
how do i get into my icloud when i have two way verification on but can’t and don’t have access to my old number?

If you dont have access to trusted phone number or any trusted devices you will have to start account recovery.
Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password - Apple Support
You will need to know what the old number was. but you dont need access to it.
