There is a 1 year limited warranty with both AirPods And EarPods.

Apple One (1) Year Limited Warranty

How do I exchange EarPods now that Apple Stores are closed? They are not working, but there is no external damage. I have a receipt, and it has been less than 90 days since the purchase date.
