If I were you, if the charges are just appeared recently on your card, I will try to issue a refund.

How to request a refund

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
  4. Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.

By requesting a refund, Apple should also cancel the subscription that you got charged for.

or you can still try to contact Apple Support about the refund.

Contact Apple Support:

Confirm if your payment information is accurate and all is up to date. If that is seems correct, but this modification is still not going through, then, for financial assistance, you need to contact iTunes - Official Apple Support. They'll see what is going on, and will run you through the fix. This is a User-to-User support forum.

Uggh! Apple can be really annoying at some point. Regarding those two applications, if you don't see the subscription that you're looking for you may try these things:

Is the subscription billed through another company?

On your bank statement, find the charge for the subscription. If it does not say iTunes, Apple, or something similar, the subscription might not be billed through Apple.

Get help with subscriptions that aren't billed through Apple

Did you subscribe with a different Apple ID?

To see subscriptions for a different Apple ID, sign in with that Apple ID, then follow the steps in this article.

Forgot your Apple ID?

Did a family member sign up for the subscription?

A Family Sharing organizer can’t manage subscriptions for other family members. Ask your family members to change or cancel their subscriptions from their own devices or when they're signed in with their own Apple ID. You can also use Ask to Buy to control what kids buy.

Turn on Ask to Buy

Did you receive a suspicious email about a subscription?

If you received a fraudulent email about a subscription or Apple Music charge, you won't see the subscription when you check on your device. If you received an email and you're not sure if it’s real, check to make sure that it's a legitimate email from Apple.

Still can't see your subscription?

I highly recommend you to contact support here.
