I get this alert when starting Adobe Lightroom 3. It was working fine under High Sierra and immediately after upgrading to Catalina as well.
I don't have any cleaners or helpers or the like installed. What could it be?

Are you sure you haven't downloaded and installed some software that may have included malware, to check run

Lightroom 3 is not compatible with Catalina and has been obsoleted by Adobe
for years now. So don't expect Adobe to do anything to make it compatible.

I don't expect Adobe to do anything, but Apple to let me use the program. As I said it worked right after upgrading to Catalina.

Adobe Lightroom 3 will damage your computer. You should move it to the Bin.
