Slow SSD with internal SATA cable but fast with SATA to USB?

Week ago my SSD crushed, stucked at the end of the opening bar. After that I reset the SSD with external SATA to USB because with internal SATA cable system didn't recognise the SSD. Before all that my SSD was working perfectly. After resetting SSD became extremely slow with internal cable but fast like before with SATA to USB. I thought to replace SATA cable but my old HDD is working with that SATA at its usual speed. Should I replace the cable or is there any other solution for that?
