Cannot re-use certain email domain to create an Apple ID

Hi all, I have this problem: wanted create a new ID for a new PC, I try to use my company email, already used for some others ID without problems.. but now it is refused directly in creation page with message: "Your Apple ID cannot end in @<my company domain>.com. Choose a different email address"

where is the problem??

The problem is that your company is the only ones allowed to create apple ID with that domain.


They have "claimed it"


So you can't make a private apple ID with that company email address


You will need to use a private email address instead, or hear with your company how to set it up.
