Failed to update macos mojave to Catalina

hi

I have problem during my macos update.

when its download is complete this message shows up

[the update could not be verified

an error occurred while installing the selected updates]

my device is MacBook Pro 2017

what should I do?

Ok moving from one OS to a newer OS is called an upgrade.

Look in your Applications folder for Install macOS Catalina.app,

move it to your Trash, empty the Trash.

Connect your mac to your router using a cable. Restart your mac

go to the App Store and download Catalina again.

Don't use the mac while it is downloading, do not use any other

devices that share the same internet connection while the mac is downloading.
