I do not use apple music at all. I mistakenly opened it using Peleton. I am trying to cancel it and of course apple is not helpful in this. I do not have a serial number for an apple device. How do I cancel apple music.

Online should not require a serial number but you may need to select "See all products" or load, something like that. Then choose Apple Music and select the subject that says something like "My topic isn't listed" before they'll finally let you contact a person in support directly
