Mic not working

I got a new phone and when I try to call or ft people it randomly glitches or they can’t hear me but I can hear them, how do I fix this?

Microphone not working I have an iPhone 7 plus and out of no where my microphone has stopped working. When i receive phone calls they cannot hear me and i cannot hear them. I haven't dropped it or anything recently so i was wondering how i can fix this
