I want to put the system on an external ssd from Samsung
At the moment I have FusionDrive, and I would like to increase the speed of my computer, do you think it will be possible to do this or the read and write speeds will be approximately at the same level?

It really depends on the type of external SSD. If it uses a “blade” drive and you connect through Thunderbolt 3, it’ll be faster. If you connect through another interface and/or the drive is not a “blade” then it’ll be slower for almost all operations. The Fusion drive uses a blade for SSD.

Have you figured out why installing macOS on a ssd is so difficult? It cant be that complicated I always get the 'can't verify OS version' I read that if your Mac has a T2 security chip this could be causing the issues. I think only Mac Pro's have this chip, but I could be wrong.
