iPhone 8 can not boot

Dear Support Team

On iPhone 8 of my wife was storage lacking. After receiving additional data in terms of large WhatsApp videos iPhone starts to show lags. We decide to reboot it. Since then the iPhone is rebooting but can not go far then Apple logo in the white background. It can last 3-4 hours before I switch it off.

I know that it is possible to erase it completely via MacBook, but I need to restore the content somehow (photo/video). iCloud coverage was standard - 5 Gb.

Appreciate your thoughts on the best options for me. Priority is to save my data.

Follow the steps in this guide:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

And then try an Update install.

That might save the data.

If it still does not work you will need to restore it probably, not many options left at that point.

If you have a backup you can restore from that
