Where do I find a MEID number? In setting, general, about only yields a SEID number.
I'm trying to add this iPad to my Verizon account for my sister so we can FaceTime during this coronavirus physical distancing.
Or is this model iPad not compatible with having a Verizon account?

For you to add it to your Verizon account, it would need to be the cellular model iPad. If you only see the SEID option and not the IMEI/MEID option below it, then its likely a Wifi only iPad and cannot use cellular service directly.

As long as your sister has access to a Wifi network, she can Facetime. Cellular service is not required.
