Am I right in thinking that the new IPad Pro 12.9 has only 2 cameras in Europe whereas in the US it has 4?

The new 2020 iPad Pro only has 2 rear cameras, a LiDAR sensor and improved true tone LCD flash in one rear camera unit.
If you have any concern as to the model or specification of devices listed by third-party outlets, simply purchase directly from Apple. There is no guarantee that non-Apple listings quote the correct spec’s.
Just look on Amazon UK or Amazon France. They specify only 2 cameras on the new IPad Pro 12.9
