apple watch series 5 activity recording not working properly

My Apple Watch Series 5 has, for the last two days, in Activity recorded that I stand up every hour even though I do not. It has stopped recording exercise and move rings at all. I have reset the watch, reset both the watch and the iPhone 7 plus that it is synched with and reset them both together. That has not worked. The software on both devices is completely up to date as of yesterday. Help!!

Problem solved. While on the line with Apple support the agent asked whether my height and weight were correct in the Apple Watch app on my phone. When I checked, the weight was only 4kg (I am much heavier than that). After I corrected the weight, the activity recording began operating correctly. I realized that the weight had been changed by Siri. I log my weight using Siri and Siri had not picked up the entire weight statement. So besides updating the weight in my health app, Siri updated the weight in my profile under the Apple Watch app and that is what had caused the problem. On the one hand I appreciated Siri under reporting my weight :) but on the other hand I was not aware that it populated that weight beyond the Health app.

Where did you find height and weight on the watch app? I checked it in my health app, and mine was right there. My exercise is showing semi-correctly (says 2 miles after 7 mile treadmill run, but heartrate of 135 avg and total time of 1:39 show up correctly for my workout), but rings aren't updating with that info. Instead, the 1:39 translated to only 39 minutes (although heart rate was correctly read as up the entire time), and somehow an active calorie burn of only 239 was recorded. I really hope I don't have to reset my watch yet again as getting it to repair is pretty much impossible, requiring both trips to the now-closed genius bar and a replacement watch last time. I was hoping your note on height and weight would help, though it was working fine yesterday and I have siri off, but I can't find a height and weight setting on the watch app at all, nor can my (millenial) daughter. Help?
