i cant sign in to my account as i dont know the password and i cant get in to my email to reset the password either fr a different account

how can i reset my password because i can’t get in to my other account

i can’t reset the password because i don’t know the password to sign in to my email

Go to the email provider's web site and at the log in there should be a reset password option. Once you reset the password for the email account, you can then reset the Apple ID password.
