Postal Code Error

Hi, I keep getting a postal code error when I try to create may apple developer account, I've entered a lot of correct possibilities and even fake ones, none worked... Can anyone help me?

I would try signing out of the Apple ID and also reboot the device. After that, try signing back into your Apple ID, and entering your postal code.
