How can I make all tracks small in height by default?

Hello,

I was wondering how can I make all of the tracks small in height by default? I mean if I add a new track, it will be the exact same height as others. See screenshot attached. By default, track heights are larger than in the picture, and even though if I resize all tracks manually, when I add a new track, it will be bigger in height than the others, so I'll have to manually resize it again.
