iPad Pro online order upgrade

I purchased an 11-inch iPad Pro 256GB a couple of days ago. I just received an email saying that because a new iPad Pro just got released, they’re upgrading my order to that one at a new lower price. Cool, that sounds great. Problem is, I paid £919 for the iPad I thought I was getting, now it’s telling me the price is £869 for this upgraded version. So my question is, shouldn’t I be getting a refund of the £50 difference? The online order summary is saying that my total order (including Apple Pencil) is now £988, not the £1038 I originally paid. Thanks folks 😊

Has Apple already charged you?

Normally they charge the payment method when the ship. If the charge is not appearing in your statement, then they have not charged you yet, and such will just charge you the lower amount when they do.
