return of money from paid subscription

I write English with the help of an online translator, so I apologize in advance for the mistakes.

I wanted to install the Gradient app to use the DNA test feature. (I thought it was free, as last time I also installed this app to take advantage of the "who are you of the celebrity" feature. That day I didn 't pay anything at the time, took advantage of this feature and deleted the app).

Today when installing the application it was written that 3 days - FREE PERIOD, and after - 1490 rubles per year.

I chose this option of installation, pressed the button to install, put a finger - and from me immediately removed 1490 rubles!

To fix this somehow, I decided to change the type of subscription to monthly: 249 rubles per month: it was written that in such a case I will be reimbursed for the unused period. The money has not yet arrived, and I would like to cancel the subscription completely and forever so that I will be returned funds in the amount of 1490 rubles plus 249 rubles = 1739 rubles in the total amount.

I 've already deleted this app and I don 't intend to use it anymore. If I knew there wouldn 't be a trial period, I wouldn 't be setting up. I need that money.

Apple says the purchase doesn 't meet the refund terms.
