Scanning in Notes

Did they remove the scanning feature from the Notes App? I have researched but my phone does not show a + or More feature. I have an iPhone 11. Thanks

I was having the same issue. You need to use the Notes folder connected to iCloud in order for these features to work.

I have an XS Max and have the same problem. No + or toolbar above the keyboard to select the camera icon for scanning. My old SE has these functions in its Notes app.
