Order placing problem: The order is processing

Hello

I am wondering if it's normal that I couldn't see the details (both payment and shipping details) for my latest order in the "guest order" website or not? I could only see my first name and the initial of my last name, and nothing else.

Also, if I want to click the "sign it" button, it leads me to an empty page and nothing happens...

I am a bit nervous because I am moving out on 05/04/2020, and the estimated deliver date is on 26/03/2020-31/03/2020. I couldn't log in so that I couldn't make any changes.

Can anyone help please? That would be very appreciated.
