Grid view list Stuck
I charged my iwatch this morning. It is stuck on grid view list view. I don't know where that panel came from.

Try this;
To force reset your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for about 10 seconds or until the apple logo appears, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
I have tapped and tapped before I asked the question. It doesn't move to anything.

Just tap on grid view for app icons or list view for a text list of your apps.
