The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

Apple TV Plus

I just redeemed by year of free Apple TV plus. Does this mean that I can watch everything offered on Apple TV for free?

You can only view Apple TV + content in the 1 free year. It does not include the content in the Apple TV app. If you want to view content in the Apple TV app, if it requests payment then you have to subscribe.
