Missing Clock Icon on Home Screen
I have an iPhone SE using iOS 13.3.1.
The clock icon is no longer on my phone on any screen or folder. How do I correct this issue?

Have you done a spotlight search for Clock?

Wasn't what I asked, go to the home screen place your finger in the middle of the screen (not on an app) and slide down. The spotlight search will appear, type Clock in the search field.
I have done a search in settings.and nothing shows up.
