iPad keeps rebooting

My iPad Air 2 keeps rebooting a few minutes after i turn in on. I have repeatedly force shut down the iPad and I had enough time to back up the data to my computer. The battery level is "100%". I've factory reset the iPad yet it still reboots. I cannot update the OS system either.
