Accidentally delete typed txt in a note.

Just after using the speak function on text in a really important note I somehow managed to delete the whole thing, not realise that there was a shake to undo (stupid why to undo ever by the way cos who is going to remember that in a panic) anywho I hunted the net for ways to retrieve it only coming up with the shake to undo, but I’ve gone out and in this notes 5 or more time trying to find a way to retrieve only to find that the shake to undo only works for my panicked paste hoping that maybe I’d cut the text, anyway before I cry myself to sleep over the loss of super important text is there any other way to retrieve it now the undo isn’t working?
