Locking cells in Numbers
I have a spreadsheet that I want to lock all the cells, but I still want to be able to select and copy individual cells. It can be done in Excel, but I can't seem to do it in Numbers. Is it possible?

No.
You can lock objects, including Shapes, Images, Charts, Text boxes and Tables.
Individual cells are not 'objects, and cannot be locked.
