I understand you would like to know how to use FaceTime in full screen on your Mac, and I'm happy to tell you how.
You can view FaceTime in full screen just like you would with any other application:
"View a video call in full screen: Click the green button in the top-left corner of the FaceTime window, or press Control-Command-F. To return to the standard window size, press the Esc (Escape) key (or use the Touch Bar)."

This does not work for me. I press on the maximise button (green) but nothing happens. I can only get a narrow screen - not the full screen. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
