FaceTime and iMessage issue

Question

Can’t make calls with FaceTime and iMessage. Apps do not ask for my phone number, only my email addresses. Help!

Hello,

If you do not have an iPhone then your iMessage and FaceTime “Send From” will be your Apple ID’s email address.

I would like to make calls and do video calls. It is not letting me do that.
