My Apple ID was hacked and been changed pwd by added 2-factor authentication. I can't reset my password. When I am asked to confirm my phone number, it is not mine

It doesn’t help. I was asked to input the phone number for 2-factor authentication to reset my pwd, but the number is not recognised by me, therefore I can’t proceed next step to reset my pwd. Meanwhile, I signed out on my phone using this Apple ID before hacked, so I can’t change the pwd using my iPhone. I can’t gain back the control of my account. If there is no other way to get back my account, I have to scrap the use of this Apple ID.
