i am Unable to configure HP deskjet 3639 pinter in my mac book pro, i am having Mac Catalina OS

Make sure you have visited the App Store and downloaded and installed the latest update for Catalina.
You should be running version 10.15.3.
The problem is reported to be solved with that release.
