Why I can’t download or play restricted music in my apple music app? Eventhough I already allowed the content in setting

Play the preview sample of the explicit song on the iTunes Store, then try playing it again on Apple Music. It should ask a confirmation for playing that kind of content. Then it should be applied on Apple Music as well.
