Activating new iPhone on Verizon

I purchased a new iPhone 11 Pro Max, I migrated the contacts, messages, etc from my android. Everything looks good, the issue I am having is getting the new phone activated on Verizon's network.

I've logged into my Verizonwireless account when I look at the device it has the new device listed for payoff, but it is still tied to the samsung.

Yes, you are right. Verizon Wireless support is only weekdays (I hate that at times).

Can you try the instructions listed in this article âž” If You can't Activate your iPhone and see if that helps. You can also continue trying periodically to see if that error goes away and this can happen if one of the activation servers are down.
