Hi everybody,

could you please help me with the following problem ?

I would like to do another backup of my iPhone via iTunes, however the Backup options are dimmed. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

If I'm understanding correctly, you are unable to perform an iTunes backup because the options are greyed out. I will be glad to assist.


I would recommend disconnecting your iPhone, then close iTunes, and restart your computer to see if that helps.


Also, see the following resource for more steps that can help:


If you can't back up your iOS or iPadOS device to a computer or restore it from a backup
