iCloud
I just changed my phone and all the pictures in my iCloud aren’t showing on my phone but if I go to the web I’ll find it

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're having trouble seeing your photos on your iPhone after getting a new iPhone. I'd be happy to share information that may help.
First, be sure that you're signed in to iCloud on your iPhone with the same Apple ID that you're using to sign in to iCloud on your computer: Sign in with your Apple ID.
Next, check under Settings > your name > iCloud > Photos. Check to see that iCloud Photos is enabled: Set up and use iCloud Photos.
