Disabled and I don’t know how to fix

Why does my phone keep telling me my Apple ID is disabled but I am signed in

iPhone XS Max, iOS 13

What you are seeing may be an attempted scam. Did you sign in here with your phone and your Apple ID.


Did you provide any potentially damaging information to anyone? If yes, you'll need to follow up, for example, with a credit card company, Apple, your bank, etc.
