Can't find fonts in time machine backup file

I just got a new MacBook, and wanted a fresh start. Before getting rid of my old MacBook, I utilized the Time Machine backup. I am unable to find my font book or any additional downloaded fonts inside of my previous backups. Please help!

Restore user fonts after iMac reset Hi there, At the suggestion of Apple, I recently reset my iMac to its original factory settings due to system problems. I am now struggling to restore my previous User Fonts to Font Book. I have the last backup to Time Machine but I can't seem to be able to find the fonts I want to use. I had quite a few User Fonts installed but I don't have a list of what they were and don't particularly want to Have to keep downloading fonts as and when I open a document that needs them. Necessary to save folder and files accompanying a downloaded font? Once a font is installed on my Mac using Font Book, is it necessary to keep the entire folder's worth of stuff that the font was in when I downloaded it? Can I save space and put that in the Trash? Or is it needed to make the font work? For example, I just downloaded a font that came in a folder containing three files: These seem expendable to me … but what do I know? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Insights welcome. 👍

Even if you go to System > Library > Fonts, your user's Library > Fonts, or Library > Fonts in the Finder then Enter Time Machine?
