I want to get a game that I have already downloaded before, but my cards on file are being declined because there is not enough money on either of them. I find this very dumb that I cannot get a game that I have already downloaded before. Yes there can be in-app purchases but I am not wanting to purchase anything, I just want to get the game!!!!!
