11 Pro Max typing a 2 instead of a 6!

Trying to fill out creating an online account for something and when I try to fill in my DOB it REFUSES to type a 6 (it will here but not in the form). WTH??

When I try to type AND it always types anna I have tried everything I know to do and even contacted AT&T to see if they could fix this issue. Even when I was typing on their chat in my iPad. It typed a NNA instead of a AND.

Please check the Date format. mm/dd/yy or dd/mm/yy

Settings > General > Language and Region > [what is the format here]
