aaple watch crown zoom in out and scrolls automatically

Please help me with my apple watch series 5 problm. Its crown zooms in out weirdly and also scrolls up down. Due to this my battery is getting drained. I had to power off my watch since yesterday.

I suggest you make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you (when they reopen) or contact Apple Support. Either way:
