Do Not Disturb

I have iPhone XS. My daughter has an 8 plus. Just recently text messages from her are silent (no alert). There is the ‘do not disturb’ symbol next to her name. This happens at all times. She says she does not have DND activated. Text from her phone are the only ones showing this. Phone calls are okay.

Do not disturb, but text in green Hi, I think my ex bloked me, but not sure. When I texted her on iMessage, it say that she wont receive notifications because “do not disturb” is activated, but it text in green. If “do not disturb” is on and my iPhone is able to tell that, it means that she has internet, so iMessage is suppose to work… Does it text in green when you’re blocked from iMessage?

Open the Messages app (on your phone) and on the main screen slide her message thread to the left and tap "Show Alerts."
