I can't see moviecovers in Itunes...

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! I understand you're unable to view the artwork for movies in the iTunes Store on your Windows PC.


Is the artwork grayed out? If so, I suggest ensuring the issue isn't related to the display settings on your PC. To check this, please take the following steps with Windows 10:


  1. Right-click on the desktop.
  2. Select Display Settings.
  3. Change the 'Change the size of text, apps, and other items' to 100%.
  4. Log out of your user account, log back in, and then test the behavior in iTunes.
