Recover Voicemails on an old phone

Hello,

I got a new phone awhile back and when I transferred my data from my old phone to my new phone my voicemails did not come with it. I was wondering if there is a way to recover those voicemails even though it was about a year ago. I had voicemails from my dad on there who past a year ago and lately its really bothering me that I don't have them anymore.
