Friends and family getting charged $4.24 by Apple, without owning or purchasing any apple products.

Apparently this is a common issue that everyone i know experiences at least 2 or 3 times, now it's happened to me. Starts off as $4 to $5 charge then gets to $15 charge by apple, then weekly. Why does apple do this? I have not made any purchases or even turned on my ipad for months. My grandma and mom got cheated lots of money for many months cause of this and they didn't realize it. My friends say it's really common and just gotta call the bank to put a stop to it. The info on the charge is always either "itunes" or "applebill" or "apple store" or some other made up reason.

We are just fellow users, and cannot resolve your issue. This is neither Apple support, the Apple Store, nor do Apple leadership, or product teams participate here. Contact the Apple iTunes store support and determine how and why this issue is in occurrence. Any young children choose to subscribe to some in-app recurring purchase that you weren't aware?
